Cybersecurity Manager

PluginZ Solutions is hiring a Cybersecurity Manager to lead security for our company and for the clients who trust us with their IT. PluginZ runs an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. You will own that system, protect our own environment, and build and deliver the security services we provide to clients. Key responsibilities: - Own and maintain our ISMS and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification: policies, risk assessments, internal audits and surveillance audits. - Lead security operations: monitoring, alert triage, incident response and post-incident reviews. - Run vulnerability management and patch compliance across our own and our clients' environments. - Secure Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure: MFA, conditional access, Defender, email security and data protection. - Design and deliver client security services: assessments, hardening, security awareness training and managed security. - Review third-party and vendor risk, and support sales and presales on security proposals. - Report on security posture, risks and incidents to management and to clients. - Build and lead a small team of cybersecurity engineers as the service grows. Location: Maadi, Cairo (on-site; a hybrid arrangement can be discussed). Employment type: Full-time.

6+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 2 in a lead or management role Hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 27001: implementation, audits and risk management Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure security (Defender, Sentinel or a similar SIEM, conditional access) Experience with incident response, vulnerability management and network security (firewalls, VPN, segmentation) Able to explain risks and priorities clearly to management and to clients Fluent English and Arabic Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor are a strong plus Experience at an MSP, MSSP or IT services company is a plus
